Ajay was polite and very knowledgeable, which made our visit feel welcome. He walked us around cars, explaining which of them would suit our specific needs. We visited other dealerships for different brands before coming to Peugeot, but Peugeot made us feel at home and gave us the most in-depth information surrounding the vehicles we looked at, which resulted in us ordering the brand new stunning Peugeot 408 (2023). The Salesman I dealt with at the Birmingham North Branch was called Joseph, I would give this guy 10/10 he treated me extremley well from the the first point of contact to the completion of the purchase of my Peugeot. this guy is the perfect salesman his knowledge of every thing he done was very proffesional and made me feel at ease, what more could you want when buying a new car . From start to finish the salesman Anthony Edwards was brilliant. Can't praise him enough for everything he did to get me out of my old car and into a brand new Peugeot 408. Not only did he help me, but he also helped my wife finalise the handover of her new car aswell, after the orginal sales lady left the business mid sale. Anthony Edwards was friendly and down to earth everytime i was in the showroom or speaking to him on the phone. Can't praise Anthony enough.2 years agoFriendly and helpful reception staff

I’ve always been looked after and my needs met and love the pampered experience I have each time I walk into the Wimbledon showroom. From Brandon in the Sales dept to Will and Stan in Service dept and all the people that worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that my vehicle was in tip top condition and good to go from the purchase of my top of the range Grandland Ultimate to the recent repair, I appreciate you all.
