Experience a 24-hour test drive with Stellantis &You UK

In these terms, "Stellantis &You" means Stellantis &You UK Limited; "participating retailer" means the Stellantis &You location providing the vehicle; and "you" means the person requesting and taking the 24 Hour Test Drive.

Eligibility

The 24 Hour Test Drive is available to UK residents aged 21 or over who hold a full, valid UK or EU driving licence for at least 12 months (at least 5 years for vehicles exceeding 149 BHP). At collection you must produce your licence and a second form of ID (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and you consent to the participating retailer verifying your licence and driving record.

Completing the online form is a request only and does not confirm a booking. A participating retailer will contact you to confirm eligibility and insurance acceptance and arrange a vehicle and collection date, subject to demonstrator availability.

Driving record

Drivers must have had no disqualifications within the last 4 years, no more than 8 penalty points, and no endorsements other than speeding offences (SP codes) within the last 4 years. Drivers with two or more fault claims (excluding theft or vandalism) within the previous 3 years are not eligible. For insurance reasons, professional sports people and entertainers, and any other occupations the insurer declines to cover, are excluded.

Insurance, liability and excess

The vehicle is provided with motor insurance arranged by the participating retailer for the loan period, subject to the insurer's terms, covering only the approved named driver for the permitted use below. You are responsible for the insurance excess of [£ insert amount] for any accident, loss, damage or theft, however caused, and for any loss or damage not covered (including where cover is invalidated by a breach of these terms). You may be asked for a payment card preauthorisation at collection to cover the excess and any charges under these terms.

Permitted use

The vehicle may be driven only by the approved named driver, lawfully and with reasonable care, within the United Kingdom only. It must not be used for any race, rally, track day, motorsport or off‑road activity, for towing, for hire or reward, for carrying goods or passengers for payment, or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and smoking is not permitted.

Fines, charges and penalties

You are responsible for all fines, penalty charge notices, motoring penalties, tolls, congestion and clean‑air/emissions zone charges, and related administrative fees incurred during the loan period, and agree to reimburse the participating retailer for any it is required to pay.

Availability and mileage

24 Hour Test Drives are subject to vehicle and participating retailer availability and may be limited during peak periods, including weekends, bank holidays and model launch events; not all models are available. A maximum mileage allowance of 250 miles applies; additional mileage may incur a charge or require prior agreement with the participating retailer.

Return of the vehicle

You must return the vehicle to the agreed location by the agreed time, in the same condition as at collection (fair wear and tear excepted) and with an equivalent level of fuel or, for electric vehicles, a comparable state of charge. Failure to refuel or recharge, or late return, may incur a charge, and an overdue vehicle may be recovered where no extension has been agreed.

Accidents and breakdowns

In the event of any accident, damage, breakdown or theft, you must stop where unsafe to continue, take reasonable steps to protect the vehicle, and report the incident to the participating retailer as soon as possible and before returning it. You must not admit liability to any third party and must provide any information reasonably required to progress an insurance claim.

Purpose of the offer

The offer is intended for customers actively considering purchasing a vehicle. As part of the booking process, retailers may ask about your current vehicle, including a part‑exchange valuation where applicable, and your requirements. Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to insurance approval and retailer acceptance. Stellantis &You may withdraw, amend or refuse the offer at any time without prior notice.

Personal data you provide (including contact details, driving licence and driving record) will be processed to administer the test drive, verify eligibility and arrange insurance, in accordance with Stellantis &You's privacy notice at https://www.stellantisandyou.co.uk/privacy-policy

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
