From the initial phone call to book an appointment through to collecting the car afterwards, the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. The work was done without any delays and the car was ready for collection when they said it would be. The handover was thorough and all parts of the work carried out and advice for any additional work was clearly explained. Excellent service.

Miles at Robins & Day Cribbs, Bristol, guided me through the process of buying a new Peugeot 208 this morning, from initial details being taken, through to a test drive in the car like I want and completing all the pre-sale data. Miles was knowledgeable and very helpful explaining all the steps and options available.
