I recently purchased a used Citroen from the Manchester branch and dealt with Darren Kenny ( Sales exec ). The complete experience was really good and very professional. Car I purchased was thoroughly prepared, I test drove it, got a full rundown on the controls and drove it back to Scotland. Got a follow up call a few days later to check everything was ok. All in all a very professional service.

We first visited the Preston showroom in October 2022 to order our Motability vehicle. We spoke with David Hawkes who was very kind and helpful and made our experience very simple and enjoyable. This garage is outstanding, I have used for a few years now and had no issues, the prices are reasonable and the workmanship is always of high quality. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, particularly Lafira the Vauxhall customer service advisor she is amazing, I was really impressed with her knowledge and the service she provided ie keeping me up to date with prices and progress on my vehicle, Lafira always takes the time to explain any work that may be required in detail while putting my mind at rest, constantly thinking of every aspect throughout she always delivers outstanding customer service, even arranging one year free RAC full cover for me this visit. This garage is brilliant and I would highly recommend to anyone.
