Mahreen Akhtar was an absolute joy to work with. There was also another young lady, that had nothing to do with our order, but her manners and welcoming behaviour was absolutely brilliant. From we sat down with Mahreen she made us feel welcome. The fact is after I left to look at other cars. I was right back the next day sat and waited for Mahreen to finsh her call with another customer and ordered a all black sexy 2008. She let me test drive the car. The trust she put in me to do that was just amazing. I've never been treated so nice. I've brought new cars before so I was a little overwhelmed on how nice and accommodating Mahreen Akhtar and her associate was. Loved every minute of Mahreen lovely young lady. Thank you very much Mahreen and your associate. ♥️
Peugeot Coventry
In the Coventry facility we would recommend Carl Monk for his professional, knowledgeable, informative and friendly approach, whilst not being pushy, which we great appreciated. We felt very comfortable and we certainly ask for him in the future.

From dropping car off to picking it up was a great experience and getting it back with a valet was a nice surprise thanks.

Excellent customer service. Service and MOT carried out with detailed explanations of what was required to get my car through the MOT. Video of underside of car was especially useful as you’re not likely to ever look underneath! Car was kept a day longer for unexpected repairs but kept up to date throughout. Great experience with friendly team.
