I wanted to say a massive thank you to Tracey Murphy, Charlie (in the service/mechanics (?) department) and Scott (the sales manager). My car had very small and minor (and I mean kinda nagging little things) issues and I took the car down to have it seen too. My car was returned to me fixed in a matter of hours and I drove away a super duper happy person. Such a friendly and caring environment. I really can’t thank them enough. <3 p.s. they do good coffee and tea

Motability experience.
Excellent service, very friendly atmosphere, made to feel very welcome. Motability expert Phillip Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process and virtually every aspect of the car. Hugely satisfied with the whole process. Phillip is a credit to peugeot and Motability.

My second case handler was excellent and very professional. Although I had cancelled my order, when the car arrived he contacted me and held the car for me while sorting my grant. He was always available to discuss the lease and explore different options available.

Great customer service
The customer service in the used car section was absolutely great. Ervis really went the extra mile to get me the exact car I was looking for. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave me the information and the time I needed to think things through and make a decision. The paperwork was carried out very efficiently and it all went through quickly and smoothly. I have now had my Citroen C3 for a fortnight and I'm really pleased with it. 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend Stellantis, Chingford, to my friends and family.
