The Salesman ( Carl Monk ) was second to none, he couldn't do enough, My daughter had a bad accident, she has having issues with the insurance company/s. Carl really helped her out in a big way. I recently had issues with my car insurance after being involved in an accident and Carl has been in contact with me since the day of the crash. I explained to Carl which issues I was having and how they wouldn't provide me a new car replacement which was going against my policy my car insurers gave me. Carl helped me all the way through and now I have a new car arriving in January. Carl was recommended to me by my mum back in April and I couldn't ask for a more caring, funny and happy car salesman to help me. Gary Foster is a great asset to the business. Gary not only found me the perfect car but he kept me up to date every step of the way and made the purchase as simple as possible. I have worked with sales people before and I have to say Gary is one of the most genuine people I have interacted with. Going above and beyond to make sure everything is right. Professionalism. My salesperson (Amar) was excellent at working with my requirements and calculating the options that would best suit me. The Robins & Day premises were very clean and pleasant to be in with free coffee on demand. This, combined with the awesome range of Peugeot cars now on offer made my experience very enjoyable and successful.
