Great service from Robinsandday

Picked up my new Peugeot 208 today from Robinsandday Newport and I have to thank Lewis Thomas for all is help in purchasing my new car. He made sure everything went smoothly during the hand over. I found him very polite, professional and knowledgeable he explained everything clearly even during the 5 months wait for my car he kept me updated with the progress and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Robinsandday and especially from Lewis.

My experience with Robins & Day.

Went to Robin & day to buy a toyota yaris, dealt with Rav, he was absolutely Brilliant, was really nice dealing with a non pushy salesman, he explained all that was available to us as far as extra services, eg Gap insurance etc and made feel really welcome and looked after our needs. I had a test drive in a C4 Sense + Auto demonstrator with Assad, one of the young sales guys. My wife and I were so impressed with the comfort and performance of the car that within a few days and with Assad's help we had part exchanged our previous Citroen and purchased the demonstrator, great car and friendly service all round.

When booking in at Central booking they did not pass on all instructions to the dealer causing problems on the day I took my car in but once I was at the dealership they were very good and resolved all of the issues.
