Perfect car for us. Friendly, professional service.

Quickly directed to a car which is a near-perfect match to our criteria. Salesman Mark J was very helpful, professional and attentive. No feeling of pressure during discussion and negotiations. The only downside was a system fault which prevented him completing the paperwork as promptly as he intended.

My visit to Robins and Day Romford has been a great experience, everyone I encountered made me feel very welcome and was there to answer all my queries. The sales person Mihail, was a pleasure to deal with, he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and produced me my perfect car, if not better. He also managed to get a good deal on my PX, so a very happy customer.

Open honesty.

Very courteous, honest and helpful staff. They knew their job and put me at my ease from the very beginning. Everything was explained clearly - and patiently at a couple of points! The building was smart, clean and tidy and I was allowed to examine the vehicles and ask questions as I liked. It took just a couple of minutes to get everything squared away for me to take a test drive but the traffic was very bad and with 20mph limits everywhere, it wasn't much of a decent test. Not the fault of the dealership or the sales staff though.
