The salesperson I mainly dealt with, Bagee, was excellent - very friendly, efficient and helpful. In fact, this is true of all the staff I have come into contact with at Robins and Day. I was disappointed that, from the outset, the car had a faulty oil warning sensor, which I think should have been picked up in the pre-sales check. It meant I had to bring the car back and be without it for 2 days. I am also very disappointed that the car has an abiding smell of smoking in the interior - presumably the first owner was a heavy smoker - and I think this should have been deep cleaned before I took the car. The continuing smell spoils our enjoyment of the car.2 years agoNever a problem
