I took my car for service; it was quick and easy to book in, the service was completed within the estimated timescale, collection was quick and the work done explained to me. My car had been cleaned inside and out. Great service!

Excellent experience, from the very first telephone call to guiding me through the process and choosing the right car for me. All the staff are friendly and happy to help. In particular, Charles was excellent, very helpful, very clear and attentive and respectful. I feel confident with my purchase and would definately recommend Charles and all the team at Citreon- Redditch.
