Excellent visits to Robins & Day with Sales Advisor, Fergus McNeill. After explaining the reason for my visit, Fergus considered the options available and suggested a used car may be better and cheaper for me. I was really pleased with the part-exchange value given on my Peugeot 208. After agreeing to buy the Citroen C3, I received very clear explanations of all necessary procedures required, timescales, associated products and paperwork. The Citroen was ready for collection very quickly having had a Service, MOT and Valet. Prior to leaving the garage, Fergus went through all the car controls with me. I had intended to look at four cars that day on January 20th and the Vauxhall was the first one. The service that I received from Lauren was good she was informative and helpful.
