I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on the customer service I received on 22/04/2023. I would like to thank both, Chloe & Olivia at the time who are based in 99 Windsor St, Manchester dealership. They were friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions in a patient and knowledgeable manner, and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me, despite me not knowing clearly what I wanted. Overall, I had an excellent experience with them, They were professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. I started to look for the car on car wow and dealt with Scott. No question was too much, he was so helpful. He then passed me over to Kaz who was at Citreon Coventry. Who was just as good! Answering questions we had via emails at all times of the day. No hard sale. Just great customer service!!! Even after the sale, checked in on us and wanted to make sure we were ok.
