I made the journey to Birmingham from Northampton and I must say best service ever second to none was not kept waiting welcomed with a smile offered drinks dealt with by Joseph who was exceptionally pleasant friendly it was like talking to not just a salesman but he was a like a friend very comfortable dealing with Joseph asked what we would like to do first rather than just sitting us down and doing paperwork that was all done previous to attending the appointment which again was excellent as reduces your time on site took us to view the car which he did a video for us before attending loved the car so went ahead with the purchased and it was all done in around an hour now that’s what I call an smooth and excellent sales Joseph went through everything with me transparent now’s is business very professional and knowledgeable I would recommend Stallantis Bham to Friends and family Well done Joseph and he even got the manager to come out and see me who we also polite and friendly not often you would get a manager to leave his desk Best Service ever Joseph deserves a gold star marks out of 10 would be an extra 0 went above and beyond thank you Joseph Adu2 years agolovely experience
