Service and MOT
I liked the fact I was contacted before the day giving me an idea when the car would be picked up. Also I received a text during the day asking if I had any questions and I was informed when I could expect the car to be finished. I have a service agreement for next year which will be cheaper than the cost of this service.

Warm welcome, followed by a later difficult conversation following the diagnosis of expensive issues with the car, all handled with care and tact.
