Had an appointment booked, and we spoke with Robert, he was very friendly and very welcoming. Explained about the car we was interested in and left us to have a look which I thought was really nice and no one there to pressure you whilst you’re looking around. Drinks was offered as well. After we viewed the car we met back up and discussed options and it was a really pleasant experience and cannot fault him, had all the information for us and explained everything that we needed to know. Ash and Phil have been fantastic The customer service I experienced at this dealership were next to none. I drove from Hertfordshire to view a second hand vehicle, what a welcome I received from the team. I am lady who didn't feel intimidated or felt as if I was being manipulated into a sale. They truly did look after me, so patient with me looking at every inch of the car I purchased. Thank you gentlemen for your customer and outstanding service.
