Friendly and professional
Cemal and Niall were both very friendly and professional, Cemal talking us carefully through the used car we wanted to see and Niall taking us on the test drive, and seeing us through the whole buying procedure, quite a process.
Everyone at the comfortable showroom was friendly and relaxed, coffee was most welcome.
Niall and Cemal made buying a used car as hassle free as possible.

I was looking for a Volvo to replace an old V70 that was getting too costly to repair. As I wanted a decent car to last a long time and of a similar size, the V90 seemed to be a good bet. The one offered on site seemed to tick all the boxes - great equiment levels, sunroof, low mileage and in good condition at a good price. Gareth sent me a personalised video dealing with all the queries I had and arranged delivery - we live a long way from Newport! The Volvo arrived safely with the delivery driver eulogising over its comfort and quietness. And indeed it is just that. Considerably more complex than the V70 but will serve just as well - we have a collection of basset hounds who are fussy in what they travel! An excellent car and well represented by Gareth who was charming and helpful. Highly recommended.
