Nice Car But ...

I must say, we had a delightful experience purchasing a used 21-plate C4 Shine Plus from them. The car is great, it’s good-looking and has remarkable comfort. The price was exceptionally attractive, and we were thrilled to find an approved used car at such a reasonable cost. Furthermore, I must express my sincere appreciation for the salesperson who assisted us during our initial visit. Their help and guidance made our decision-making process effortless and swift. On the contrary, I must admit that last month, I found myself compelled to leave a one-star review for the same purchase. The reason for this was the lack of communication regarding the delivery of our car. Regrettably, there was no visibility on when we could expect to receive it, and although I received a call stating a delay, there was no subsequent follow-up. Consequently, I opted to communicate via email, hoping to address the matter formally. However, it appeared that they might be too busy, as there was no reply as promised. At that point, my frustration had reached its peak, and I decided to visit the dealership in person to speak with the manager. To my relief, he took the time to explain the situation thoroughly and confirmed the exchange time. Thanks to his intervention, the issue was promptly resolved. I feel it is essential to emphasize that the crux of the matter lies in communication. Had there been a timely and clear explanation, the entire episode could have been averted. I do understand that our order might have been small for them. However, it is a big purchase for me, and I simply desired to be kept well-informed about its status and delivery date. Unfortunately, this aspect was not adequately addressed at the time, resulting in my dissatisfaction. Considering the size and reputation of a company like Stellantis, I find it reasonable to assume that they have an ERP or CRM system in place. it should be easy for them to set up an email notification system at certain key checkpoints, ensuring that their sales team can focus on new orders while keeping customers seamlessly updated. Finally, we think Citroen has an extraordinarily strong product lineup and attractive price point, we think they are a bit underrated and hope they are more successful.

Problem resolved amicably by manager Also assistance of Donna whom although very busy helped me sort out a different vehicle in a professional and friendly unbiased manner,which was very pleasant And somewhat rare these days 5* service highly recommend Donna for you if your searching for a next vehicle

Was done in the time stated car was nice and clean and everything was explained clearly My only criticism was how busy it was at Croydon and very hard to find a place to park had to wait for cars to pull out so it became very congested

Well my experience second time round at the Peugeot garage was brilliant as I’m extremely happy with Kaz who has been my number one Salsman times two and he is very very helpful and he follows up with calls. If you email him he will email you back if you asked Theme to call you have all do and he goes out extra mile, which other companies don’t.
