When applying for Motability
When applying for Motability, I was assigned to a very kind, warm and highly professional man named Richard who works for Citroen at Stellanis and You in Birmingham. Richard has been so helpful from the onset, reassuring me whenever I’m worried about the application for my Motability vehicle. He has been very polite and friendly throughout. Richard even offered to give me and my instructor a lift home because we didn't have a car. He is such an asset to Stellanis and You. If anyone wants to apply for a vehicle at Stellanis and You, ask for Richard and you will get a brilliant experience.

Aislinn was beyond amazing, had a query on a car which she managed to sort out. Aislinn did her upmost to keep me updated even working in the evening to let me know the outcome of what she had found. I would 100% recommend Aislinn and what a huge asset she is to your company.

Took my car in for a few repairs today. The staff were very friendly and helpful, repairs were done the same day and I was updated on the work throughout the day. Would definitely recommend, great team ☺️
