We needed a newer vehicle with a decent sized boot
We needed a newer vehicle with a decent sized boot for our Golden Retriever so we went shopping on Saturday. Tried a couple of dealerships as we wasn't 100% sure which vehicle we wanted, apart from it having a bigger boot. Ended up at Robins and Day on Blackpool Road which is now Stellantis & You as I remember my dad always got his cars from there and all his maintenance was carried out on site plus he always spoke very highly of them. Fast forward to arrival and we spotted a Peugeot 3008. Within a few seconds John came over to assist and within 20 mins we had purchased the car which we collect tomorrow. John is great and has years of experience plus provides the best coffee I have had in a while. Looking forward to collecting the vehicle tomorrow and having the company look after our aftercare.

Kieran Anderson was the sales advisor that helped us the day we wandered in to ask about used approved Vauxhall Corsas. He was very helpful with finding us the perfect match across their branches. He had a lot of time for us, even though we were nervous. (It's a lot of money to part with). He got us a great deal, on a great car and went out of his way to make us comfortable with our decision. The car was delivered within a week and in top condition. Would definitely return to this dealership again.

Me and my son went to view and hopefully buy a Tesla Model 3 on Sat 18/02/23 - we traveled from Birmingham to Cardiff, we had already reserved the car online because we knew it was a good price and with the security of it being a main dealership, we were met by Jordan Hyde a sales executive with the company, Jordan was a nice chap, knowledgeable about the car he was selling, professional, genuine and honest (and no we didn’t get any discount although we tried) we brought the car and returned to Birmingham in the Tesla, at home that evening we thought there was a power cable was missing, I contacted Jordan who told us it wasn’t with the car, after a bit of discussion Jordan did some research and located one for us and because we lived 90 miles away posted it to my sons house and we received it a few days later, that’s what I call proper customer service that you get off a main dealer, thank you Jordan Hyde keep up the good work ????????
