This Time round though was excellent ..Professional customer service throughout by Thomas Harrop stress free handover of my old car and pick up of the new car..Thomas went above and beyond .. I love my new car Thank you .. five star service will definitely recommend Thomas to friends and family.

It is 12 months since we purchased our Citroen Aircross 3 Shine and the car and service we have received has been excellent especially from Luke Smith who arranged the purchase of our car. I would recommend Stellantis & You for a new car purchase.

Very friendly customer caring sales staff. I was very impressed by Gary Ianson's involvement in securing the sale. Also Kully Dhadda did an outstanding job in dealing with all the paperwork involved in the transfer of my personal number plate, something another Peugeot sales garage said I had to do myself,. He also dealt with all the other paper work involved. On the day Kully was on a day off i saw Paul who dealt with the V5 from my trade in 3008 and took me for a test drive. He answered all questions about the car.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Deciding to upgrade husband's car, we found the model we liked at Stellantis... reserved it online.. and nxt day met with Sales Exec David Hawkes.. whom I have to praise for his excellent care and service.
David was friendly, experienced and competent from the start..and definitely NOT pushy at all.. ( like so many salesbods often are !).
Therefore it was very easy to arrange our test drive and discuss PX with him. The car was very well presented and just right for us...the PX deal was very acceptable too...and so we drove away as very happy customers..returning a few days later to collect.
We wdnt hesitate to go back to Stellantis, and even tho it wasnt located on our doorstep so to speak...it was well worth us making the trip to this excellent Preston dealership. Highly recommend 5 stars.
