Initially I was unimpressed as I thought that the fault on the car was related to a recall and wasted time driving back and forth a couple of times. However, John from servicing came out for a drive, diagnosed the problem and sorted it there and then so that I could drive down to Cornwall the next day. Thanks also to the lovely lady and gent on reception who were so helpful and understanding also. The car has run perfectly since. Thanks!
