They need to improve the customer parking. The car park is always full with vans and cars that apparently are waiting for repair or have been waiting for pick up.Even arriving at 8am there is very limited parking. I enquired at the service desk why it was difficult to park and was told they are mainly company cars and vans which are not being collected by the company

Easy to book an service appointment,I dropped my vehicle off the night before as this was convenient for myself, my vehicle was ready at the time I was told and it had been washed and hoovered out. I received a follow up call later checking everything was fine.

Malcolm Watts was the Sales Advisor who we dealt with when purchasing our new (to us) car. We were a little indecisive about what car we wanted but at no point did we feel pressured to make a quick decision. Malcolm has excellent product knowledge about the cars on sale. Would highly recommend!
