Great customer service

The customer service in the used car section was absolutely great. Ervis really went the extra mile to get me the exact car I was looking for. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave me the information and the time I needed to think things through and make a decision. The paperwork was carried out very efficiently and it all went through quickly and smoothly. I have now had my Citroen C3 for a fortnight and I'm really pleased with it. 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend Stellantis, Chingford, to my friends and family.

Choosing a Car made easy by Stellantis

I got a warm welcome when I entered the showroom, I was asked how they could be of help and I asked if there was a Motability Advisor available. I was taken over to Robert and I knew I was in safe hands as I have dealt with him previously. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was finding it a bit hard as I recently lost my husband and it felt a bit strange being there on my own. Robert really looked after me and gave me good advice which helped me choose my new car. I am very grateful to him and to Stellantis for making me feel valued

How times have cnanged in the car buying world.

Haven't bought a car for a long time, How things have changed! Faultless service from Stellantis at Walton where the modern legal requirements were explained simply and effectively by David who had time and patience, (the modern car salesman is quite a different beast from the day's of Arthur Daley). After a couple of hours a deal was struck which was far better than I anticipated, needles to say I am delighted, Well done David Connor at Stellantis. Cracking service!
