From the moment I first spoke to Rob on the phone he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It is the first time I've ordered a new car and I was nervous. Rob and Evan made us feel welcome when we arrived and Evan was very knowledgeable when he took us for the test drive. Rob made sure everyone felt welcome even down to my 3 year old who was invited to sit on the giant lion in the entrance. Though we aren't far through the process yet I feel much less nervous and excited for the new car now. I have recently bought my first automatic car at the Crawley Branch. The salesman, Ray was extremely helpful and took a lot of trouble to make sure I was confident with my new purchase. It was stress free thanks to Ian and his team. I had an impromptu drop off on my way to holiday club and work this morning. Ian attended to me before 8am which was great and also got a member of his team to drop me at work. Had a really positive experience at cribbs causeway Peugeot when test driving and then purchasing a Peugeot 208gt.i was shown around the car by Nichol English who explained all the functions and controls before the test Drive.nicholas was informative, courteous and polite in answering all of my questions.there was no pressure selling at all.i love this car with all its features,bells and whistles I am really pleased with my purchase and in particular the Professional manner oF Nicholas English in particular.all told a very enjoyable experience.2 years agoHappy customer
Firstly, the showroom is a spotless and spacious environment that makes it easy to view the various cars on display. I was assisted very professionally by sales executive Toni Heal. She guided me through the various aspects of the 2008 that I was interested in, her extensive knowledge of Peugeot and that particular car made it clear which car was ideal for me. The process of the paperwork was quick and easy to understand. A very good experience all round.Leave us a review
