Great experience with advisor David Hawkes
We first visited the Preston showroom in October 2022 to order our Motability vehicle. We spoke with David Hawkes who was very kind and helpful and made our experience very simple and enjoyable. We chose the 2008 GT and picked it up today 16/03/23, David was once again lovely and helpful, we are confident that we can rely on him again should we ever need to.

Oli the sales person was pleasant to deal with and not too pushy. Prior to our arrival from Durham Oli did everything thing he said he would and had the car ready for inspection.
This garage is outstanding
This garage is outstanding, I have used for a few years now and had no issues, the prices are reasonable and the workmanship is always of high quality. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, particularly Lafira the Vauxhall customer service advisor she is amazing, I was really impressed with her knowledge and the service she provided ie keeping me up to date with prices and progress on my vehicle, Lafira always takes the time to explain any work that may be required in detail while putting my mind at rest, constantly thinking of every aspect throughout she always delivers outstanding customer service, even arranging one year free RAC full cover for me this visit. This garage is brilliant and I would highly recommend to anyone.

We have had exceptional service from Emily (Brady) at Robins and Day liverpool. We came on Tuesday to discuss our options regarding our current car. Emily was so knowledgeable and helpful and found us exactly what we were thinking of. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a car to suit our needs. We can’t speak more highly and would most certainly recommend the team there. 10 out of 10
