Had my Golf from the Bristol branch for 2 weeks now and I can’t fault anything about the car or the service that I have received.
From the initial phonecall enquiry, to the reception at the dealer, the efficiency of the finance arrangement, picking me up from the station to collect my car and the service package included, everything was brilliant. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy and the whole experience was a pleasure. Highly recommended and I’d like to thank Miles for looking after us so well.

Wendy in the Sales team and Danny the Showroom Manager have been superb. Consistently exemplary and the team always deliver first class customer service. We have been returning customers to Robins & Day Manchester for over a decade and can't imagine going anywhere else for our family car needs.

Only negative aspect was the long wait for parts to complete the repair, leading to me being without my vehicle for several weeks.

Honestly best place to go get a car goes above and beyond all the time Kaz is great at what he does and found me a car to collect within 10days couldn’t be happier great sales man and great aftercare company as a whole FANTASTIC!!! Can’t recommend enough .

I was helped by Kaz, he was the most patient, kindest as well as knowledgable person you could imagine. My wants were quite specific but he sat with me and heard all my needs as well as qualms. He could not have done more for me and went the extra mile. I ended up with the car of my dreams which Kaz worked so hard to find for me. I’d always recommend this company.
