Car purchase experience at Stellantis, Walton

The reception and indoor sales area was impressive, clean and modern. The sales person, Ioannis Nakas, was friendly and most helpful throughout. He allowed time to answer all our queries convincingly and to explain everything about the vehicle of interest. He was not at all pushy. We were happy to proceed to purchase.

Excellent service from start to finish…

Excellent service from start to finish thanks to … Philip Taylor .. who dealt with everything .. even pumped the tyres up to the correct pressure before we drove away .! . Attention to detail .. was outstanding.. Thank you Phil .. I love the car .. ❤️….. I’m now waiting for Phil to post off the CD I left in my trade in car.. at no cost to me ! Our salesman Habib was patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Was given plenty of time to test drive and ensure this was right vehicle for me. After deciding to buy the car he explained everything about car, warranty etc and organised all paperwork. Was impressed too that I got a new MOT on purchase . Thank you for all advice and help

Each time I had made contact with this…

Each time I had made contact with this dealership, it was always pleasant and efficient. When I arrived to look at a car that had been advertised we were looked after by Nick English. He was pilot and friendly and not pushy - giving us time to look over the vehicle at our own pace. There were a couple of concerns I had and Nick explained that they could be and would be sorted, so I paid my deposit. Apprehensive slightly as you are never quite sure if they will deliver. However, there was no need, Nick communicated when he said he would, the concerns were taken care of and my car was ready to collect when he said it would be. On collection of the car, Ollie completed our paperwork. He was upbeat, friendly and efficient and made sure we were ok with each stage. Overall this was a great experience and you can see the dealership works as a team. All members were polite, acknowledging and welcoming. More importantly they delivered what they promised.

Helpful Garage.

Your front of house staff were both helpful and accommodating and the job was completed much more quickly than I had expected. One of your senior staff was particularly kind and explained what I was doing wrong with my car 'phone, I believe that this was Mr Graham Masters.
