Well presented car.
Car was well presented and what we were looking for. We were not pressured and were able to have a proper test drive.Kully was attentive and professional. You would have scored five stars had our 9:30 appointment been on time (Kully was detained by his manager with the rest of the sales team whilst we waited in the showroom for 20 minutes - Strange when the subject of the meeting would inevitably be selling cars!). The car was handed over as promised.

The service was great from viewing the car to handover. Lauren was the sales advisor and very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend.
Friendly and thorough
We were very pleased with all the pre-visit information regarding the car together with the video which made us feel comfortable in travelling the odd 80 miles to secure the deal. Sohail was very polite and extremely helpful and thorough, which made the whole process feel comfortable and non- pressurised. Admittedly it did take quite along time to sort out on the day but we expected it to take a while sorting everything out. Overall we were very pleased and delighted with the car.

From the initial contact, right the way through to the purchase the service we’ve received from George has been fantastic. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, always available for contact to answer any questions and a very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone especially George. I would give them 10 stars for the experience and service if I could.

I have just bought a Peugeot 5008 from stellantis Birmingham and I can honestly say what an amazing experience. Their customer service was second to none. Living far away I was unable to go and look at the car but Sonam Bansal was the best sales person. She went above and beyond keeping me informed every step of the way. The car mats and and puncture repair kit was missing it sure sorted it ASAP. Always ask for Sonam Bansal
