The whole experience of booking and collection of he car was smooth and the designated staff at the service department provides frequent updates of the car when being serviced and MOT.

Phone up and book a appointment and told me that if I can hold on they will supply me with a company car until the van has been fix and when I went in they got all my details and I was in a company car with in 15 min of everything and got phone calls to let me no about the van and then told me the to pick my van up the next day has it was all ready and got a video showing the problem with the vehicle and a email to say what the problem are so I could take it to my own mechanic and get the problem fixed easy and quicker

This was my first time for buying a car…
This was my first time for buying a car through a dealership and the sales person, George, made the experience as good as I could have hoped, both on the intial visit and later on hand over. He was welcoming, efficient and informative, taking me through all I needed to know about the car itself and the processes I needed to undertake including tax, insurance, registration etc. He spent a long time with me but never made me feel like it was too long, especially on a busy Saturday. I guess you can say he was good at his job but, actually, that is what you need.
