Being able to contact a member of staff…

Being able to contact a member of staff personally is important to me and Rafat is one of those personable and reliable representatives who always calls back or responds to an e-mailed query. It seems a rather simple start to a recommendation but it doesn't always happen with all companies. This will be my fifth 3008 from R&D. What more can I say - I love the car, am always treated well viz a vis a reasonable deal and return to them for ongoing service.

My experience was made great by the staff on the service reception desk at Vauxhall Chislehurst. They were kind and helpful and identified the problem straight away.
