My van was serviced and repaired within the day. Hazel and the whole team were very helpful throughout. All work was explained clearly to me, and I was provided with a courtesy car too. During the day I was updated via txt so I was aware of timings. Hazel and the team were very professional, polite, and experienced. Highly recommend.

Tim Farrow, the motability sales advisor, was very helpful and informative and went above and beyond today to assist me to ensure that the 5008 was able to meet my requirements. I had a lot of questions and some concerns as I need to have a wheelchair hoist fitted to meet my needs. As luck would have it there happened to be a 5008 having a wheelchair hoist fitted whilst I was at the showroom and I was actually able to see this and able to have all my questions answered by Tim and the fitter mechanic himself. I was very reassured.
A concise and detailed handover
Tim Farrow you came to my rescue. Having taken delivery of my new 208 a couple of days ago, not being familiar with the car and unable to obtain the downloads I returned to the garage for assistance. Tim, thank you so much for your time, patience and knowledge in providing a comprehensive overview. I now feel confident and in charge of the vehicle. It's a beautiful car.
