I made the initial contact online and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the query was followed up. I arranged a test drive and the car sold itself really . The salesman Karendeep Sohal was friendly and had excellent product knowledge and took away the, pressure & overselling that sometimes occurs at other brands . I felt it all the decisions throughout were mine and not enforced . The communications throughout was excellent - I was 'Kept in the Loop' and knew exactly how my order was progressing . The dreaded paperwork was easily sorted and fully explained , there was no coming away with the 'I should of asked that' ,'That wasn't clear'. I received an initial call to talk over quotes for a new car. The salesman invited me in to discuss a deal, I walked away on the deal unfortunately at the time however, taking into account my circumstances financially and customer loyalty. The team at Robins and Day Wimbledon worked hard to find me a deal which was fair and appreciative of me the customer. Brilliant service!Leave us a review
