I brought my car in for a standard service today, unfortunately, the process took significantly longer than anticipated. What I expected to be a 2-3 hour job ended up being almost 5 hours in total. That's a very long time to wait, and definitely the major drawback of the experience. However, the reason this isn't a lower-star review is purely due to the exceptional customer service from the team. From the moment I arrived, everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, polite, and apologetic about the delays. Most importantly, their communication was fantastic. I wasn't left wondering. I received regular, proactive updates every 30-45 minutes explaining the current status, what was causing the hold-up, and a revised estimate for when my car would be ready. This consistent transparency made the long wait manageable. While the garage needs to work on their scheduling and turnaround times, the dedication and kindness of the staff make them stand out. If you go here, budget plenty of extra time, but know that you'll be treated wonderfully and kept fully in the loop.
