Professional friendly service, an easy and stressfree car buying experience

What a pleasure it has been to buy a car from this dealership. After some harrowing experiences elsewhere, connecting with Toni and her manager Graham resulted in us buying a peugeot 5008 through the maidstone branch. Toni was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgable about the buying details and the car itself, ensuring it was fully prepped, full tank of fuel, and helped me set up my phone etc before leaving on our 4hr journey back home! Yes!!, we trusted them to provide us with a quality vehicle online and from a distance, the first time we saw or sat in the car was when we collected it! Toni took us through the whole process smoothly and easily, explained everything we need to know and information we probably wouldn't have thought to ask about. Above and beyond service, our trust was not misplaced and we would highly recommend them, their attention to detail and smiling service. I am sure we won't experience any problems with the vehicle but Toni has assured us she is part of our vehicles family and only a telephone call away! Thank you Toni, Graham and Stellantis&you Maidstone, it has been a pleasure!

Maitri was very helpful from the first time we met. We didn’t agree on to purchase a car right away but she has followed up with me on how I’m getting on with my search and I really appreciated that and that made a big difference for me to choose Vauxhall. We agreed to meet again and we managed to agree on a deal. She has given me every information throughout fully, explained everything deep into details. She wax extremely helpful and friendly as well. Stephen Mansfield had a slightly rusty start, but once we agreed on the purchase, he was outstanding. He gave me a great deal and kept me informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Where Stephen really stood out was after the purchase. He called me several times to make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with the car. When I discovered an issue with the front speakers, he quickly arranged a service appointment in less than a week, ensuring the problem was resolved promptly. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would happily recommend Stephen to anyone looking to buy a car.
