Our intial issue arose from an engine fault. We had booked the car in at the DS4 manufacturer in Chiswick West London, which was swiftly booked in for an intil diagnosis. Overall, I had a very positive experience. Zahair Khan, the Sales Advisor, provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. This included a courtesy car during the process of repair completion. He kept us well informed with timely updates regarding the diagnosis, required parts, and the progress of the repair when completed. Furthermore the service was efficient and professional and reassuring. I would highly recommend DS4 Chiswick, particularly for Zahair’s excellent communication and customer care.3 weeks agoGreat service
