Excellent customer service
Just like to thank Noel Brennan at Coventry Citroen for his help and assistance with getting the connected NAV issue sorted. The whole experience of purchasing the car was excellent and hassle free and would recommend Noel to anyone thinking of buying a Used Citroen.
Great service from Romford branch
Great service from Romford branch. Adam was very helpful and thanks to his great service I am now the owner of a new car.
I decided to search for a car across the Robins and Day network as I was having no joy getting any help from my local branch in Bristol. So I search the network found the car I wanted and it was at the Romford branch. Rang and spoke with Adam, explained I already had finance arranged, told him what I needed he said he would email me details in 5 mins and he did. Sent details onto my finance company, they then made contact and everything was arranged between them - smooth and easy. I am now the owner of a new car - just awaiting delivery. However, service was great, quick and easy. Thanks Adam ????
Had an excellent experience
Had an excellent experience, Adam Evans , the salesman who looked after myself and my wife was very helpful and dealt with everything in a very friendly manner.. We managed to purchase 2 cars with a minimum of fuss and a lot of help and assistance from the sales team.

We haven't bought from a main dealer for a while but were pleasantly surprised on prices and no pushy salesman.

Our young salesman, on a graduate scheme was very knowledgable but did not hesitate to seek advice from his very experienced (and equally young) colleague seated close by, and obviously listening in.
The lead time on this vehicle was slightly disappointing but they are very popular and we did request several extras.
Hope the above is not too optimistic as delivery is planned for next week, but so far so good.
Tracking and follow up on the build has been excellent.

Part exchanged my car at Romford. Dealing with Alex in used car sales, customer service excellent. Very honest about the vehicle and all involved with finance. Gave me top value for my current car and had the deal finalised within a day. Perfect customer service. No pressure to purchase anything extra gave me plenty of time to look at the car and even sorted a few minor scratches on the bodywork. Couldn't ask for more. 5 star service.
