    I recently bought a two year old 308 Gt Line from Robins and Day Preston. I'd been looking for a couple of weeks and missed one that I really liked, however, my sales assistant John Ioannou found another car, same spec with 15000 miles less on the clock for a similar price.     Really pleased with my dealing with Robins and Day in Edgware. The whole sales process was effortless and very professional. Testament to this is the fact that from initial appointment to purchase and collection of my Peugeot 3008 was less than 7 days.     Excellent service from Robins and Day. I got a fantastic deal on my new citroen c3 Flair! There wasn't any pressure to purchase any other products available from citroen. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the car spec. I was quoted a price within my chosen budget. The whole process from valuing my car and purchasing the new one was stress free!     Excellent Service, Standards & Follow Up!

    We bought a 2017 reg Peugeot 2008 from Robins & Day Morden. As background, my partner and I researched 18 cars and 12 garages (phew!) - always do your homework before contacting garages so you know the current market rates and can enter negotiations sure-footed. The consultant we initially dealt with, Rikki Hammond, was helpful and informative, one of only 2 consultants not to try and push us towards an overpriced car, which really stood out to us amongst all the rabble! When we reached the garage, we were told Rikki was unexpectedly off. Despite a very busy day at the garage & no one knowing we were coming to look at/buy the car, consultants Joe Robins & Martin Hall instantly got us sorted with the paperwork whilst they had the car cleaned & ready to go. They made a potentially stressful process very relaxed, and truly made us feel like valued customers well past the transfer of funds. Special thank you to Martin for very patiently taking the time after the sale to show us how all the buttons/gadgets worked, and even posting down a boot cover with no fuss after we realised it was missing. Overall, an excellent service in a world of cowboys, and we're still driving around in our new car with a big smile on our faces. Thank you Rikki, Joe & Martin!

    A good experience......

    We approached the dealership given a recommendation from another dealer and the fact that they had a used car in stock similar to the model we were looking to buy (new). The dealership was not close to us, but..... They were responsive to our initial call and arranged for someone to see us the very same afternoon. The salesman spent a lot of time with us (probably two hours) and was very helpful and not too pushy, but forthcoming with information. The salesman came into his own when specifying the vehicle and choosing the right model. But most importantly trying to locate a vehicle in the colour and model/spec we wanted. This proved exceptionally difficult but at all times it felt like he was trying to solve the conundrum. He communicated and kept us very well informed at all times (There was only one blip on this and that was at the outset, but after that it was good). Overall a good experience and a good salesman to deal with! We are now in that exciting but frustrating period of waiting for the vehicle to arrive. Roll on handover day!
