From the start they were proactively helpful, and had an outstanding sales person in Ms Alexandra Fatu; took great trouble with my initial search and various inspections of different types of car - while avoiding being at all pushy - it was the sort of sustained service that I really wanted
Good but not perfect!
Overall a good experience buying our DS3 from Robins and Day Coventry, however a few issues on collection, mark on drivers door and no rear parking sensors (which there should have been). This is hopefully being resolved this week retrospectively. Hence the lack of 5 stars
