Superstar Josh at Coventry Branch
I had the great pleasure of having Josh from the Coventry branch look after me. His professionalism and knowledge were fantastic. He assured me of a quick turn around. Which he delivered on. Overall a fantastic experience. Josh is a credit to the Coventry branch and the company as a whole. His customer services skills are outstanding. He even had a glass of water waiting for me when I came to collect the car. Small tokens like that, go a long way. I drove away a happy girl.

I cannot recommend Maitri enough! She made the entire car-buying process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Grandland and never once made us feel pressured. If you're looking for a hassle-free experience, ask for her!

I was booked in for a recall issue and was sent here by my leasing company. I was a little annoyed that it wasn’t close to where I live but had no choice so off I went….
I was so impressed with the level of customer service that I received at this garage. I was greeted in the carpark by a cheerful gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) and directed where to park. My service was handled by Evans who went the extra mile for me. He even got my car cleaned for me which I didn’t expect (but was very much needed!) and I am extremely grateful for this.
The complementary coffee machine in the waiting area was also good.
I am now looking forward to returning for my service in December!
