This was my first visit to this dealer for car servicing, and it was a very pleasant experience. I was assisted by Iyaz, who was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. I had my mother with me, and upon our arrival, Iyaz thoughtfully offered her a hot drink, which we truly appreciated. He clearly explained the checks that would be carried out on my car, provided an accurate time estimate, and even offered a complimentary car wash. Throughout the process, he kept me well informed and made every effort to complete the servicing as quickly as possible. He also kindly carried out a few additional chargeable services at no extra cost, which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend contacting Iyaz when visiting this branch.
