Outstanding Service

We are extremely pleased with the car (a Fiat 500) which we purchased. Vito and Mark - the showroom manager - were both warm and engaging, from the moment of our first enquiry, and until we drove off the forecourt. As a result, the entire process and experience, from start to finish, was smooth and professional. Would we recommend others to visit this showroom? Unquestionably and without hesitation, we would. Excellent Service/Customer Care

The team, Hazel, Paul, Trevor, Michael and colleagues provided excellent all round service & customer care. Communications throughout was excellent from initial booking of the diagnosis to the final fix. My closest Stellantis garage is actually in Wimbledon (2km away) but it had no availability for 8 weeks to initially diagnose a fault in my car. Walton-On-Thames had a cancellation and even though it was 20km away, I booked via the central booking team who were also fantastic in finding me this cancellation slot. The team at Walton were excellent from initial pre-visit calls right through to the eventual repair. They provided clear and regular communications throughout the whole process. There was an error with the initial diagnosis which did not spot/correct the fault (a broken sensor) and so needed another diagnosis on another day (these things sometimes happen so not something I think warrants a negative, how the team reacts are what counts). The team offered a courtesy car which was not practical due to stringent on-street parking restrictions at my home, and so they instead offered to pick up and dropped off my car on the occasions it needed to be at the garage and so I did not have to take time off from my work. They did not try and refer me to Wimbledon but continued to provide the service and care throughout. The faulty sensor was confirmed, a new part ordered and the team picked up & returned my car to fix with regular phone call updates throughout.

First time mobility

This was so easy and smooth. Being new to mobility and not having a first clue! George at the dealership welcomed us with a very professional attitude and helped us make the right choice for our 1st time. He explained everything clearly was informative and friendly. Genuinely wanting to help. This was very welcoming after being touch with several garages close to me eho let's say just didn't give a sod!! Obviously not wanting the sale. I couldn't fault the service that the Liverpool dealership in miĺl Lane gave us and George was amazing..
