Easy and Enjoyable Process
Russell Baker was so helpful and friendly. He explained everything clearly about the purchase of the car and at no point did I feel pressured ( as I have done a previous garages). He has good knowledge of the cars and products on offer. He kept in touch during the sales process and helped with the admin bits. His relaxed made byung the car so easy and enjoyable

THE sales person Sohail was very patient and understanding of our trepidation of changing our old car for an automatic. The question of nessacity to do so. He kept us in mind and when the car most likely to suit us he called again. There was no pressure and further more ongoing happy to help us understand the beast in our garage. A job well done
Collected car as arranged and rang us before it was returned. Delighted that it was washed and valeted and returned by mid-day. The driver even reversed it into the drive which was much appreciated. We were abroad on holiday during February and tried to book the service online. Disappointed that despite several emails had to await our return to the UK (1 March) to be able to arrange for the service.

Form first diagnosis to final contact everything was first class . I collected my car and on inspection I couldn’t fault the workmanship . I would recommend this worshop anytime .
