I have to say my journey from start to finish in the purchase of a used vehicle has been very professional and managed by Callum McCartney. I have to say Callum is a testament to Robins and Day Walton. All staff should be following in Callum professional footsteps. He excelled in the following areas with a 10 out of ten score and more from us : 1) Open and honest. 2) Took full ownership of our concerns. 3) Made us feel totally at ease throughout the experience. 4) Could not do enough to assist the customer. 5) very professional throughout the purchase. 6) Callum was clear and concise and when required, confirmed with his superiors. 7) Great face to face customer skills. 8) Kept us up to date with the progress of the vehicle. Friendly & Professional

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales staff (Tim Farrow). The decision to buy was made based on the helpful information provided and freedom to look around the car / test drive it. At no stage did I feel any sales pressure, infact the opposite, to such an extent I felt it would have been easy to walk away at any stage. The facilities were also very informal and relaxing which helped make the sales process enjoyable.
