I recently purchased a second-hand BMW X1 from Sam, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. He's the epitome of a top-notch salesperson - informative, approachable, and never pushy. Even when a gearbox issue arose, Sam handled it with ease, coordinating with the warranty provider and saving me from a hefty repair bill.
Throughout the entire process, Sam provided regular updates, promptly addressed any concerns I had, and even ensured minimal disruption to my routine by arranging a courtesy car. His professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction are unparalleled. He made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth and hassle-free.

I called the Sheffield branch this morning, as a light had appeared on the dash board. They were very busy, but after explaining I needed the vehicle for Sunday, they advised to pop in. They carried out a Diagnosis while I waited , and were able to fix the problem. I’m very grateful to Melody, and Ian. And appreciate it’s not always possible to accommodate on the same day. But they really listened and appreciated the urgency for needing the vehicle. Thank you. Karen
