Exceptional Service from Paul Eastwood re my Leapmotor B10
I recently purchased my Leapmotor B10 through Stellantis, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from one of sales consultants Paul Eastwood.
From the very beginning, Paul provided exceptional customer service. He didn’t simply help me secure the vehicle and disappear once the sale was completed — he genuinely carried me through the entire journey.
Paul kept in regular contact, often on a day-to-day basis, making sure I understood what was happening at every stage and that everything progressed smoothly. What impressed me most was the level of after-sales support. Even after I had received the car, Paul continued to check in and personally helped ensure that the Leapmotor app was downloaded, connected and fully functional.
Every little challenge that came up through the application process was followed through and resolved. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I was never left wondering who to contact or what to do next.
That level of ownership, professionalism and genuine care for the customer is increasingly rare. Paul made the whole experience of getting my new Leapmotor B10 feel personal, straightforward and enjoyable.
Paul is an absolute credit to Stellantis and a great example of what exceptional customer service should look like.

An excellent dealership and very professional to deal with from start to finish. I never felt under any pressure, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
The test drive experience was particularly good and gave me plenty of opportunity to get a proper feel for the car.
I dealt with Sherelle, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout. She was happy to answer all my questions and made the whole process straightforward.
Overall, a very positive experience and a dealership I would be happy to recommend.
