Paul was simply amazing!

Paul was simply amazing! I had a rough idea as to what I wanted but Paul made the job so much easier for me. Whether this be showing me different cars or breaking down the figures - it genuinely felt as though he wanted the best for me. Within 30 seconds of stepping into the store, Paul approached me and offered to help straight away. He wasn’t overdoing it, he let me have my time and came back to me when I’d had a look around - this was perfect! Paul is a really genuine guy and helped me secure the deal that was right for me. His personality helped, so easy to talk to and straight to the point which is what you want. I haven’t even started talking about the car yet… The car is gorgeous and drives ever so smoothly. My experience with Paul was amazing and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. For anyone going into the store, look for PAUL!

Less mumbling, more speaking 

Very good and attentive customer service, especially from Evans. I would only take issue with the video produced by the workshop: the images were fine but the audio was unintelligible. If your mechanics are going to do these things they need some minimal training on how best to project their voices and make coherent sense.
