I honestly can’t thank Omar enough for the help he gave me at Stellantis Peugeot Birmingham.
I was really panicking because I had an issue with my car and thought I was going to be late for work. Omar was extremely helpful from the moment I spoke to him. He was honest, reassuring and didn’t make any false promises. He took my car in and managed to get everything sorted within around half an hour.
He also arranged a courtesy car for me straight away when one was available, which honestly made such a difference. He made sure I was able to get to work and I managed to arrive just before 9am, saving me from having to pay for a taxi.
The level of customer service I received from Omar was brilliant. He genuinely went out of his way to help me when I was stressed and panicking, and I really appreciate it.
Because of the way Omar dealt with everything, I would definitely consider getting more cars from Peugeot in the future. Staff like Omar really make a difference to the customer experience.

Tatyana was a fantastic consultant. My wife and I were both replacing our cars and Tatyana made the whole process as simple as possible. She was knowledgable, personable, and understanding of our situation. We needed a couple of months to confirm our financial situation prior to comitting to a purchase. A lot of sales people would have become pushy and off putting at this point, but Tatyana was patient and understanding. Thanks for a fantastic car buying experience. Should any of my friends need a car I will recommend.

The sales adviser Robert Chattwood made the whole buying experience a breeze. Nothing was too much trouble while he searched out the perfect vehicle for us and provided a great offer. Communication was straightforward and the vehicle handover was smooth and Robert even took the time to set the car for me and explained everything in plain English. Great service and great car.
