I came in today and saw a gentleman who wasn’t especially helpful even after I told him my situation. At the moment I’m caring for my mum who fell a few days ago, she has several broken bones and so is unable to walk. I can’t leave her for too long, as you can imagine. I decided to chat to Kata who after telling her my situation, fast tracked everything for me and even contacted Arval to see if I could get a courtesy car. She has been absolutely fantastic- kind, caring, understanding and has done above and beyond for me today! Thank you SO much. I had an amazing and wonderful experience with Stellantis & You service Chelmsford. Bill was very bubbly, friendly and made you feel comfortable throughout the process. He took his time in explaining all the details and made sure you understood everything, his professionalism is outstanding and shone throughoutthe whole process. Also, Jordan was very helpful and friendly. She's funny and professional and also helped in transitioning of the vehicle ownership.
