Personal service with a smile.

Very good personal service for the initial sourcing of the car and for processing the sale to me. Very knowledgable and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were keen to make sure I was comfortable with every step along the way. Both Keith and Jordan were great.

I recently bought a second-hand car from Stellantis & You Leicester and was so impressed by the experience. I had thought to purchase a car online as I was a little daunted by going in person, but I'm so glad that I did. I found what I wanted at a much better price than online, got to test drive my car within a couple of days and picked it up at a time that suited me. Paul took care of everything throughout the process and was friendly, informative, and made me feel at ease. This is just what you need when making a purchase of this size. I'm so happy with my experience, it was so convenient and really impressed by Paul as a salesman.

From enquiry to purchase we had an amazing experience with Stellantis &You, Tim was great from the get go. Super knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy at all and allowed us to drive the car alone to have some time to get used to how it drove without feeling like we were on a driving test or pressured. Allowed us to go away and have a think about the car, reserved without needing to pay until we picked the car up, and didn’t pressure us to purchase additional extras either. Tim actually gave us discounted extras without us asking for any which was great! Also worth mentioning they’re there to help and assist you with buying the right car for you, Tim did just that and even came in on his day off for the car handover!
