Customer Service at its best
I would like to thank Sarj and the team in servicing for the outstanding support and customer service over the last couple of days. As a vauxhall customer for 20 years plus it is great that they take time to listen to your issue, keep you informed of progress and make sure you are satisfied with all works carried out. After some questionable service (not from stellantis) i was starting to lose the faith with Vauxhall moving forward. Not anymore! Stellantis at Selly Oak will now be where my wife and I take our vauxhalls for all service and maintenance needs. In a World where AI seems to be favoured to reduce cost, its nice to know that Stellantis value good old customer service values and employ staff who care about helping their customers. A massive well done ????????

I have had 3 new Citroen cars from the Crawley garage all of which have been serviced by them over the last 20 years. Natasha de Araujo has been my contact for service jobs for many of those years and has always been very polite and helpful in arranging things.

The customer service was great especailly dealing with david hawkes from the garage stellantis on blackpool rd preston he was very professional ,and frendly ,there was no pressure in buying our lovely vechile ,and everything run smoothly,was kept up date on the progress of the sale ,so from start to finish was great,would recommend and give 5 stars.

Great customer service
Stellantis customer service was great; they handled all my questions really well, and I never felt silly asking any type of questions as I'm not much of a car person. Josh was the rep I was speaking to, I believe. Parking was a bit of a pain though, I must add.
