Excellent Service

I recently bought a new Citroen C3 Aircross Max from Stellantis in Leicester with which I am very pleased . Even more so I was delighted with the service I received from the staff - this with whom I came into contact were all friendly & polite helping to make the procedure smooth & efficient. The young man I would particularly wish to mention is Akeem Patel who was professionally friendly throughout the process & endeavouring to ensure that all my questions were answered & on the few occasions could not answer was quick to refer to his manager (whose name has slipped my mind & who, also, was friendly yet professional) so that I was given the correct information. This was by far the best experience of buying a car I have experienced & I wish to record my thanks to Akeem. If the occasion arises I will certainly recommend Stellantis of Leicester. Thank you all!

Stellantis &You Peugeot Maidstone – Absolutely wonderful experience I wanted to share just how special my experience was at Stellantis &You Peugeot Maidstone, especially with Ryan and the team. When my new Peugeot 3008 arrived, it was such a perfect, happy moment that I actually cried with happy tears—everything about the whole process was that good. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for me. What means so much is that their kindness and help didn’t stop once I drove away; they continue to support me even now. A great customer journey!

I purchased a used car (Audi A1) from this branch and I was very pleased with the customer journey. Milan was very helpful especially when it came to being flexible about when I collected the vehicle as I was returning my existing leased vehicle to the finance company. He didn’t pressure me to buy the vehicle either which is quite refreshing bearing in mind sales = targets.

I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback following my recent experience with the Coventry team. I visited the Peugeot garage on Wednesday 5th August as I needed my passenger-side mirror replaced after it had cracked. I spoke with Laura, who was extremely helpful and took the time to clearly explain the options and guide me through the process. I also want to acknowledge that, due to my own frustration at the time, my tone may have come across as abrupt. Laura handled this with great professionalism, patience and understanding, which helped me reflect on my own approach. I felt it was important to take accountability and apologise to her and I really appreciated the empathy she showed in response. I subsequently visited Stellantis in Coventry to have the mirror replaced, where I met Dylan and his team. I was very impressed with the service I received, and I offered them a box of chocolates as a small gesture of appreciation and apology for my earlier tone. I send my sincere thanks to Laura, Dylan and the entire team for their empathy, patience and excellent customer service. It genuinely made a difference to my experience. I also noticed something on the Wednesday that I found particularly positive. I saw a team member offering Dylan support and guidance as he continues to learn. The way this was done was a great example of supportive and respectful teamwork and it was genuinely encouraging to see. While good customer service is always appreciated, seeing colleagues treat one another with the same kindness and respect they show customers really stood out to me. It reflects very well on the culture within your team. I would like to thank Laura, Dylan and the team know their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. I am very grateful for the way I was treated.

I had my Vauxhall Astra driver's steering wheel airbag recall done at Stellantis & You Brentford, and I had a great experience. Lafira greeted me as soon as I walked into the workshop. She was very kind, explained the whole process clearly, and told me how long the repair would take. She also showed me the coffee station, which was a lovely touch and made the wait more comfortable. The work on my car was completed even earlier than the estimated time, which was a nice surprise. Lafira provided excellent customer service and hospitality from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. She truly deserves a raise for the amazing service she gives. Thank you, Stellantis & You Brentford!

Professional friendly service, an easy and stressfree car buying experience

What a pleasure it has been to buy a car from this dealership. After some harrowing experiences elsewhere, connecting with Toni and her manager Graham resulted in us buying a peugeot 5008 through the maidstone branch. Toni was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgable about the buying details and the car itself, ensuring it was fully prepped, full tank of fuel, and helped me set up my phone etc before leaving on our 4hr journey back home! Yes!!, we trusted them to provide us with a quality vehicle online and from a distance, the first time we saw or sat in the car was when we collected it! Toni took us through the whole process smoothly and easily, explained everything we need to know and information we probably wouldn't have thought to ask about. Above and beyond service, our trust was not misplaced and we would highly recommend them, their attention to detail and smiling service. I am sure we won't experience any problems with the vehicle but Toni has assured us she is part of our vehicles family and only a telephone call away!
