From initial contact/ interest to delivery the communication was excellent. I was regularly kept updated on activity. At delivery the driver was able to advise an indicative delivery time and called when they were near by. The team were knowledgeable and helpful (main contact with Oliver), providing guidance throughout on the process, costs and financial agreements. I had a very rigid budget and specific requirement, this was respected throughout and resulted in a car option that was perfect for my needs.
