I recently purchased a new vehicle from Stellantis &You Manchester, and I cannot praise the team enough. The entire car-buying journey was seamless, stress-free, and professional, largely thanks to the incredible staff.
The attention to detail here is next level. Both Naresh and George from the car sales team went completely above and beyond. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every single question thoroughly, and made sure every minor detail regarding the vehicle specification, paperwork, and handover was handled flawlessly. Their communication was fantastic throughout.

Exceptional Customer Service – Rimon and the Team Go Above and Beyond!
I’ve had a couple of issues with my car, which is still relatively new, but the service I’ve received from Stellantis in Romford has been exceptional.
When I initially contacted the main customer service line, I was told I would have to wait two months for an appointment. However, as soon as I visited Stellantis in Romford, Rimon and the team took ownership of the situation and managed to arrange an appointment for me at the earliest opportunity.
This isn’t the first time they’ve impressed me. I previously had another issue with my car, which the team resolved quickly, efficiently and professionally.
It’s genuinely refreshing to come across a team that cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to help. A big thank you to Rimon and the entire team for their outstanding service, professionalism and customer-focused approach.
