I purchased a second hand car which turned out to be faulty. No fault of Stellantiss. I had a curtesy car delivered to my house while my car was in for repair. I had the curtesy car for three weeks and when my car was delivered back I felt that there was still something not quite right. I got a full refund no questions asked. The service I got was brilliant and they could not do enough to help me. I would buy a used car from them again based on this service. Only called in for a browse. but was very impressed by the Junior. Even more impressed by the level of service I received throughout the process of buying one. Nicolo was extremely professional and so helpful, answering all my questions and coping calmy (& with a sense of humour)with the changes in the process.
