I placed an order for my first Motability car today at Stellantis & You UK, and I’m so glad I had Aaron helping me through the process. He made me feel really comfortable from the start, and his friendly, patient approach made such a difference. I don’t know much about cars, but Aaron took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. This is my first time going through the Motability Scheme, and Aaron made it such a positive and stress-free experience. The young lady that sold me the car was a credit to the company. I had no intention of buying a new car , more inclined towards a used car. Once me and my wife had browsed through the showroom we enquired about a new 2008 and chatted to Divya Panchal after she introduced herself. The whole experience was exceptional and a deal was done to part exchange our old car and purchase a new 2008. Divya was very helpful and has continued to be so post purchase and collection. I enquired about the Peugeot 3008 Hybrid from a salesman named Awais at the Birmingham Tyburn Road branch. He was most helpful and professional in his approach. He was able to answer all the questions I had about the vehicle and also arranged for me to take the vehicle out on a test drive.
