Kara again has made me feel like such a valued customer. She has ensured I know how to use the car, offered me a second appointment to ensure I can operate all of the controls, checks in with me that I am happy with the car via email which is lovely and really cares. (I love the car!!!) She didn't judge me with bringing my 3 small 'excitable' children with me, was patient and kind with me (and my children).
