Alan, the man who came for the car was great. He was on time, friendly and courteous. The staff at Stellantis kept me informed of progress the whole time. The price was exactly what they quoted, in fact it was 1p cheaper, haha. There were no hidden extras and it was worth the price for the service I had. Thank you

Excellent Customer Service at Stellantis Crawley

After contacting various car dealers and discussing what I wanted I opted for Stellantis as they seemed the most professional and trustworthy. I was supported by Harry Wilson from the Crawley branch. He helped me decide the car that would be most suitable for me and was very patient throughout the process. They did not have the car I wanted at that branch but were able to ship in from another branch and was a seamless process. I was offered a fair price to part exchange my current vehicle. I am very pleased with the new car which came with a one year warranty. I have signed up to the care package so Stellantis will continue to look after my car in terms of service and MOT. Harry was not at all pushy and made the experience of buying my new car very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

When ordering the advisor was off sick, yet, still on several occasions she sorted questions and made things happen. This continued when she returned. The whole process was so easy. If there wasn’t an immediate answer to a question then the right one was sought and found. The modern miracle? When they said they’d contact me, they actually did, and, on time.
