I have been speaking with Paul MORETON over a 3 week period resulting in a purchase of a Peugeot 3008. Paul was always available on the phone or email answering questions throughout the process. The deal we ended up with I believe was very good value in comparison with other similar cars on the market across the UK. Paul also explained and advised on all the additional products available to go alongside the car purchase, service packages etc. on the day of purchase Paul helped process the 5 day free insurance and tax on the car. A warm welcome and a very knowledgeable calm sales advisor called Kent. He was helpful, kind, patient and able to answer all our questions and offer good advice. Amazing customer service from start to finish! Lewis was very helpful and not pushy, he had exceptional knowledge about the vehicle and made us feel at ease with a big decision. From order to collecting the car was less than expected and we had constant updates along the way. We collected the car and it was a fantastic experience, Lewis came in on his day off to fit in around our availability! Collection was made into an event! When we arrived the car was covered and we had a grand unveiling before driving off in our sparkling new car.
