Rob Chattwood could not have been more helpful when helping my mother buy a new e208 from Stellantis at Cribbs causeway - he explained the car in a way that mum found easy to understand - it's her first change of car make in 20 years so she was quite apprehensive at first but Rob put her (and me) at ease and talked us through everything we needed to know. Then when it came to hand over the new car, we were given plenty of time to ask the questions we wanted to and Rob helped set up mum's phone so she could use the phone and car together with ease - a job that I had been dreading would fall to me!
